Wills & Probate

The cost for drafting a Will are as follows:

Individual Will– £100 inc VAT

Pair of Mirror Wills– £199 inc VAT

These costs include an initial appointment in the client’s home or via Zoom to take instructions, followed by a period of drafting (usually up to two weeks). Then, once you are happy with your Will, a second appointment to have the document signed.

Estate Planning & Probate

The Wills & Trusts Co offers a range of estate solutions to ensure they can offer your clients and their families the most suitable service when dealing with a bereavement. Our estate solutions cater to the individual requirements throughout the estate administration process. We support families by offering:

• Grant only (£950 including VAT, excluding the probate fee)
• Grant and assets (£1,450 including VAT, excluding the probate fee)
• Grant, Trusts and property solutions (£1,950 including VAT, excluding the probate fee)
• Full estate administration (from £1,950 excluding VAT and the probate fee)

Our prices are fair, fixed and provided from the outset. We give full visibility into what’s included within each fee and disclose additional third party charges upfront. We work in partnership with a leading probate & estate planning firm to carry out ths work.
