Meet The Team
Anna Smith- Legal Director & Managing Director – Civil Litigation -Nottingham
Anna is director and practice manager at our Nottingham head office, graduating from Minnesota State University, USA in business marketing. She works in the wills and probate department, supervising our Civil Litigation immigration and employment law cases. Anna has worked in law firms since 2000. Anna is a fully qualified lawyer, her specalist is Civil Litigation, Wills & Probate. She has assisted with the following types of cases:-
- Immigration Spouse visa,
- ILR, Appeals, Judicial Review, etc.
- Employment Tribunal claims including Discrimination
- Family, Divorces and Finance settlement.
- Civil Litigation
- Preparation of Wills
- Applications for Probate and Letters of Administration
- Criminal cases including serious crime
Faye Mayers – Legal Executive – Nottingham
Faye graduated with Law LLB (Hons) from Nottingham Law School. She has completed the Legal Practice Course together with an LLM (Master of Laws) at Birmingham City University. She also has experience in assisting barristers & solicitors in civil litigation cases and is now undertaking conveyancing and wills and probate work. Fay joined West Midlands Paralegals in January 2021. She is based in the Nottingham branch.
